The Journey: Your San Blas Island One Day Trip begins with transportation from Panama City to the Port of Carti in a Guna-operated 4×4 vehicle, accommodating up to 6 passengers. This is the sole means of transport for day trips to San Blas.
Embark on Adventure: Departing Panama City between 5:15am and 5:45am, the journey to Carti takes approximately 3 hours through Panama’s lush jungle highland.
Explore the Archipelago: Upon arrival at the port, board our boat to embark on an exploration of the stunning archipelago. Visit the renowned natural pool, where the pristine beaches and clear waters await your discovery. Visiting the spectacular natural pool in the middle of the Caribbean Sea (Atlantic), Perro Chico Island, Sunken Ship, Islands of the archipelago.
Flexible Itinerary: Please note that the route to the islands may vary based on weather conditions and visitor numbers.
Authentic Paradise: San Blas, or “Comarca Guana Yala,” is a paradise where only community members are permitted to work. Tourism is a recent addition, adding to the mysterious charm of this Caribbean gem.
Return Journey: The tour concludes around 3:30pm-4pm, followed by transportation back to Carti on the mainland. Expect to arrive back in Panama City between 6pm and 7pm, concluding an unforgettable day in San Blas.

- There is no ATM in San Blas, so be sure to bring enough cash.
- A light jacket for boat transfers.
- Passport, photocopies are not accepted, you must carry your physical passport, it can be requested by the county authorities. Entry to Guna Yala may be denied without it.
Note: We stop at a market on the way out of the city so you can purchase anything not available in the islands that you may need.
