Cancellation Policy 

The following charges will apply (per person) from the moment we receive your notice cancellation.

• You can change the date of your tour or travel package 3 days before the service. Prices may vary over time, rate adjustment applies. Some services such as airlines and hotels have penalties. All prices are subject to change. 
• You can change the date of your tour (3 days before the service) as many times as you want. Without penalties. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE booking option. 
• Any reservation that is changed to a second date will not receive a refund for cancellation. Due to the time and all the administrative and operational expenses incurred. But you can move it to a later date as explained in the first lines. 
• If you are not present the day of the tour there will be no refund. No option to change the date. 
• Cancellations one or two days before the service are not valid, there will be no refund. There will be no date changes.
• We understand that last minute unforeseen events may arise. Send us an email explaining the situation. We can help you by moving the dates of your service. (Valid situations of force majeure).
• There will be no refunds for Cancellation. Because all costs and service providers involved in the tour are paid in advance, to guarantee the service.
• All cancellations must be made by email. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. If you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation, please call us or send another email.
